In 2004 Morgan Romine co-founded the Frag Dolls, an all-women team of professional gamers sponsored by Ubisoft to promote Ubisoft titles and compete in professional tournaments.

The Frag Dolls represented a rapidly increasing demographic of women gamers. Romine’s work striving for inclusivity did not stop there.

Romine went on to Co-found AnyKey in 2015 a non-profit organization supporting diverse and inclusive community spaces in gaming and esports.
