Wes is a former Halo player winning the MLG National Championship in 2009. He continued playing
professionally for a couple years, until he became a coach in 2015 – 2017. Whilst he was coaching,
he worked as an interviewer for the HCS, then in 2017 became a full caster/analyst. Currently he is
working on HCS Europe as well as being the Competitive Insights Team Lead for 343.
